Franco Guerri
Senior Designer, Managing Partner
As CIAO founder, Franco’s vision is to provide the highest level of experience and quality in a lean business that can design and execute a variety of styles and budgets at attractive pricing while providing concierge level services.
As life-long entrepreneurs, and with an extensive pedigree of experience and education, it was only natural that he and his wife and partner would start CIAO Kitchen and Bath even in the midst of the current chaos.
Franco has been an interior designer and contractor; he has been chief manufacturing engineer and Dir. Of Manufacturing in high tech; founder of his own high end custom cabinet shop; and for the past several years, he has been senior designer for two custom cabinetry manufacturers and two kitchen and bath showrooms in the Denver, Boulder, and Loveland area.
Franco holds a Design degree from UC Berkeley and graduate Manufacturing Engineering at UCLA, and will tell you with a smile that he’s never quite sure if he’s an artist or an engineer. Fortunately for his clients, both his education and experience qualifies him both technically and aesthetically to design and execute kitchens, baths and interiors that are functionally and aesthetically remarkable.
He is equally comfortable with styles as diverse as Euro/contemporary, mid-century, transitional, farmhouse, and traditional.
In ’97 he co-founded Renaissance West with his love and partner, Ann, designing and building cabinetry and furniture for luxury clients in Montana and the Colorado Front Range.
With family in the Denver area, Franco and Ann are firmly rooted in the beautiful Front Range. He loves writing and is an accomplished photographer.
Ann Marie Guerri
Interior Designer, Partner
Ann is a designer and fine artist passionate about everything aesthetic. Her ability to create beautiful living spaces is equaled by her willingness to listen and develop unique environments that match her client’s vision and needs.
After earning an Interior Design degree from Cal State Sacramento, she designed commercial interiors for a large architectural firm until teaming up with Franco to design and build spec homes in Northern California
She then transitioned to fashion design, where within four years she was designing her own nationally distributed collection.
Returning to interior design, she co-founded Renaissance West in Whitefish, Montana designing furniture, kitchens, and baths for luxury clients all over the US.
Ann joins CIAO as partner and interior designer to guide you through a process that otherwise could be quite intense.
In her spare time, Ann delights in her grandchildren and family who live close by. She also loves to do fine art in a variety of media.
