Our Journey : A Legacy of Fine Cabinetry & Execution
1997 | The Foundation : Franco and Ann Marie co-founded Renaissance West. What started as a dedicated custom cabinet and furniture workshop grew into a trusted studio known for meticulous luxury craftsmanship across Montana and the Colorado Front Range.
2020 | The Evolution: In 2020, we realized homeowners were tired of paying for massive retail markups. We launched CIAO Kitchen & Bath with a lean, low-overhead model. No expensive showrooms to maintain, no aggressive sales floors—just pure design and manufacturing expertise focused entirely on your project.
Today | The Present: We operate as a pure concierge design team. We take a hands-on approach to the entire build process, minimizing your travel time while keeping our eyes on every structural detail. Our clients don’t deal with junior account managers; you get the business owners on every single call.

Meet Franco Guerri
Senior Designer, Managing Partner
Franco’s vision for CIAO is rooted in an extensive pedigree of hands-on experience. By eliminating traditional brick-and-mortar retail overhead, he delivers true luxury design and elite cabinetry lines at an incredibly smart, direct price point.
A lifelong entrepreneur, Franco holds a Design degree from UC Berkeley and pursued graduate Manufacturing Engineering studies at UCLA. He will tell you with a smile that he’s never quite sure if he’s an artist or an engineer—but for his clients, it’s the ultimate combination. He possesses the aesthetic eye to design a visually remarkable space and the technical precision to ensure custom cabinetry fits to the exact millimeter.
Franco has done it all: general contractor, high-tech Director of Manufacturing, and senior designer for premier cabinetry manufacturers across Denver, Boulder, and Loveland.
Meet Ann Marie Guerri
Interior Designer, Partner
Ann Marie is a designer and fine artist passionate about everything aesthetic. Her talent for creating beautiful, personalized living spaces is matched only by her willingness to deeply listen, developing unique environments that perfectly mirror her client’s lifestyle and vision.
After earning her Interior Design degree from Cal State Sacramento, she designed commercial interiors for a prominent architectural firm before partnering with Franco to build custom spec homes. Her creative drive later led her into fashion design, where she successfully launched her own nationally distributed collection.
Returning to her roots in residential design, she co-founded Renaissance West in Whitefish, Montana. At CIAO, she acts as your creative guide, bringing an artist’s intuition to color palettes, textures, and structural flow to ensure your space is both breathtaking and highly functional.
